Long storm short, our policies were dispersed to multiple agents. Thankfully, my parents two policies were sent to John Costas office. Mine, went to two different agents. Customer service, NO HELP Amanda went above and beyond to ensure all handled. Looking forward to working with Amanda and her team!"
